Scalia I suppose the dislike I had for him at an earlier ag may well have been due to the fact that I was still relatively "Liberal" in its current interpretation and I saw many of his rulings as ridiculously narrow. And I never did agree with the "Strict Constructionist" viewpoint. Fortunately, I have begun to see things somewhat differently. Suffice to say, with the Kyllo verdict, Justice Scalia has planted himself firmly in my "Venerable" category. Larry
Elder I cannot claim to know the whole of his world view, or the whole of his political ideology, however, upon listening to his show, I find him to be thoughtful, intelligent, and generally a stand up guy in a profession dominitaed by pontificating propogandists who do nothing but spew rhetoric and vitriol forsaking any semblance of an ideological debate. I applaud Mr. Elder for his unusually cordial demeanor and his ability to allow and appropriately address dissenting viewpoints in a format that is more commonly used to run roughshod over political opponents.
